Tour Diary: Atlanta
It was a long ass drive: 10 hours for me and longer for the band. Lots of raining which caused Mark and Troy to only go 40mph because their windshield wipers sucked. The rest of the band took a wrong turn, setting them back about an hour. Luckily they made it to The Earl before set up time at 7pm.
The show was definitely the best I’ve seen them play, mostly because the sound system was so KILLER!! The crowd filled up the whole venue, it’s roughly half to 2/3 the size of Bottom Lounge (it seemed that way anyway). AKA really big!
Today they’re gonna be on Tallahassee radio WVSF. Coool!!!!

Unfortunately Christmas won’t be able to make the tour, but Brian (a jazz drummer who practices in the same building as MICKEY) will be filling in for him.
